With over 25 years of combined experience in the super yacht and luxury yacht industry both domestically and internationally our clients can rest assured they are in the most professional and capable hands. At 17, started working professionally in Sydney harbour. At the age of 20, went to Europe and worked on super yachts ranging from 30m to 90m. Leading him to become the captain of some of the best-known and popular charter yachts.

During his career, Matt has been the build and refit captain on many different yachts in some of the best superyacht the world has to offer: Benetti, Azimut, Moonen, Plamer Johnson, Gulf Craft, among others. The experience and knowledge Matt has gained over the past 20+ years domestically and internationally makes him a valuable asset to the Baily Marine team and any of his perspective clients.
